Ricquel Clayton – Project Manager
Being the younger sister of BITS co-founder Jayda Cabbell, New Orleans native Ricquel Clayton is a natural leader for the organization. She was one of the students in the class of 2006 to graduate from the Historic merger of Redeemer-Seton High School; she also received studies in biology at Dillard University. Ricquel enjoys going to church and taking her daughter Kaliyah to the park on a pretty day. When she has free time, she uses it to play the piano. She has a passion for children and elders, believing that after adolescent age, it is our duty to care for them and fight for their rights.

Trina Jackson – Program Director, New Orleans, LA
New Orleans native Trina Jackson, has always had a passion of giving. Her dedication, expertise and drive is a perfect addiction to the B.I.T.S family. While overseeing the organizations programs in New Orleans, Trina decided to start “Angel Nena Cakes” a program under B.I.T.S to teach youth to utilize their talents and gifts. She created this program to honor her slain sister Angela Bryant. She wanted to keep her sister’s legacy and love for baking alive. Angel Nena Cakes gives children the basic skills needed to go from “the flour and egg process to a beautiful masterpiece”…
Trina along with her husband Jacques’ are the owners of “Running Rampant” One Stop Party Supplier. When asked on the decision of starting this business, Trina replies “Running Rampant is not only a business, but my hobby as well. Aside from mentoring and inspiring others, this is my dream.”

Jason Negron – Youth Program Director
Jason was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He graduated from Florida A & M University kum laude with a degree in business administration. Aside from his dedication to B.I.T.S., Jason is a phenomenal entertainment artist, youth motivational speaker, actor, and humanitarian. He enjoys working with the youth, sports, and spiritual enlightenment.

Tinisha Ramos – Media & Marketing Relations
Tinisha is from Los Angeles by way of Winter Springs, FL. She grew up in a diverse household with 5 sisters. Tinisha studied Political Science, Nursing and Journalism before leaving college to pursue her interests in the Music and Television world. Upon moving to Atlanta, GA in 2007, she began working for the Trump Organization which led her to meet Jayda Cabbell. She states it was not “by chance” the two of them met, she knew it was her calling to become a part of the BITS team, she feels the organization is everything she stands for. Tinisha enjoys music and helping others.

Crystal Robinson – Program Officer
Crystal was born in Phoenix, AZ, later moving to Casper, WY. Crystal is spontaneous at heart and loves to live life to fullest. She enjoys helping others and putting others need in front of her own.

Anita Wilburn – Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Anita is a current Atlanta Tech marketing management student. After the life changing lost of her mother she sought out to help those less fortune and without! She’s involved in different outreach programs such as My Sisters House and Hosea feed the Hungry. Striving to succeed in life as an entrepreneur most importantly, Ms. Wilburn wants’ to be a positive role model to the youth encouraging then to push forward in life no matter what trials and tribulations they face!
